6. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases of credits, tokens, or premium services are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Please contact support if you experience a technical issue.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mycam and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms
